I recently visited Zaairah and was highly disappointed with the service. Orders took a long time to arrive, and we had to ask multiple times for assistance.Water wasn't served promptly, which was surprising.Delayed Responses: Staff seemed overwhelmed, and responses to our queries were delayed.Lack of Basic Amenities: We had to ask for tissues, spoons, fork, and mouth freshener multiple times, which felt inconvenient.Please train staff to prioritize timely service and attend to basic needs.I hope the management takes our feedback seriously and works on enhancing the dining experience.

The services provided by the untrained staff was pathetic. We felt ashamed to visit this restaurant with our relatives. Arrogant manager.

Had a wonderful time last evening at Zaairah Dine & Lounge. The food, presentation and ambience was excellent. The staff were courteous and did gave in their fullest attention. I was celebrating my birthday last night and the staff were quite cooperative especially Mr Biswajit Singh ji, the restaurant manager who got birthday song played for me as a surprise during my cake cutting Really overwhelmed. Best part it's not noisy and you sit at peace and dine with family. Good food options on menu and this is a complete vegetarian restaurant.
