I recently visited Zoca Cafe..& I must say, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The staff was rude, inattentive, and acted as if taking an order was a burden. After an unbearably long wait, the food finally arrived—and I honestly wish it hadn’t. It was cold, bland, and tasted nothing like what was described on the menu. The ingredients seemed stale, and the presentation was sloppy. To make matters worse, when I politely pointed out the issues, the staff was dismissive and unapologetic. The overall ambiance of the cafe wasn’t any better. Dirty tables, an unpleasant odor, and a general lack of hygiene made the experience even more unbearable. Given the outrageous prices for such poor quality, I felt completely ripped off. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you value good food and decent service, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Zoca Cafe Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
