1/5. Had a very disappointing experience at Zoca Cafe, Mathura. Hazelnut shake: Totally tasteless and of very substandard quality. When I complained, the response from the staff was unsatisfactory and dismissive. Tomato soup: Completely useless – served cold. When I raised the issue, the staff was incredibly rude. Although the manager took quick action, the service staff was just terrible. Nachos with cheese: Decent, but nothing special. Chinese platter: Slightly better, but still only satisfactory. Overall experience: 3/10. Would have rated it 1/10 if not for the courteous person at the cash counter, who was the only saving grace. Definitely the worst choice for dining – would not recommend. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800
