Let us address each point however we can ; We do not print bills because we believe in saving ink and paper. It's 2022 the world is digital post Pandemic :) we do send a digital copy when asked. As for the card payments. It is mentioned in our google listing that we do not accept cards. we accept Online UPI payments. Burgers; we use standard burger buns, compare it with famous fast food joints we are sure our burgers are still larger in volume and not squished into a flat brick :) As for the Taste of the burgers. We are sorry our tastes don't match with yours. Different people different palates. Ice tea. Again our tastes differ. Next time around if you do visit we shall reduce the amount of sugar syrup as per request. The Japaleno and cheese sourdough. The process of making sourdough comes from the middle ages, where the food was made to last through seasons, and a lot of moisture spoiled the food, Hence the " thick and hard crust" that you mentioned. It is the characteristic of the bread. We suggest you try our our bagels or sandwich breads next time you visit. if you do that is, Since you believe us to be overhyped.
