2 weeks ago I came to Zero Restaurant for dinner with my family. It was also the birthday of one of my family members that day. Everything was fine till we had dinner but at the end when a restaurant employee served mukhwash, the image and video of which are attached above, small live insects or worms were coming out of that mukhwash. I and my family members ate that mukhwash and after eating it we saw small live insects and worms in that mukhwash. We complained, first the restaurant employee came and started explaining to us that it was not our fault, then after him the restaurant manager came whose name I do not know, he also started giving us the same explanation that it was not our fault...We told him we were filing a complaint in consumer court and also filed an online complaint there. After that, we demanded a refund, which amounted to approximately 4,000 rupees. The manager there said, "I'll call you and let you know." Then he called someone and we were refunded the entire amount immediately. These live insects and worms came out in our mukhwash, but what is the guarantee that the dinner we just ate did not contain these live insects and worms?, Anyone who is visiting here, please check before eating anything or else never visit Zero The Restaurant.((The next day I developed stomach problems and fever. My health deteriorated.))(I also have a video of this but that video file is not getting attached with the review.)

Food was okay... quantity is not as expected..as compared with prices...service was really bad...won't suggest to my near n dear one.
