II recently attended a bakery class where I learned a wide variety of bakery items including cakes, ice creams, and cookies. I came all the way from Koraput, Odisha, with a strong desire to gain complete knowledge about baking, and this class truly fulfilled my expectations. The training covered everything from basic measurements to advanced decoration techniques. I learned how to prepare soft sponge cakes, cream cakes, different flavors of homemade ice creams, and perfectly baked cookies. The sessions were very detailed, and I appreciated the hands-on practice that helped me build confidence. Ma'am explained each step clearly and emphasized the importance of hygiene and proper kitchen management. I was able to clarify my doubts and practice independently by the end of the course. The learning environment was friendly and motivating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. This bakery class has greatly improved my skills and given me the confidence to start preparing bakery products on my own.
