Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. Come to ZAPIZZA KHATIMA to taste nicely cooked pizza and good white sauce pasta. A number of reviewers consider the staff gracious. The service at this restaurant is consistently disappointing. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive in 30 minutes, but after an hour of waiting, I called the restaurant. The manager assured me it was on its way, but another 20 minutes passed with no delivery and no response to my repeated calls. Eventually, the delivery person contacted me, but this was after a frustrating wait. This isn’t an isolated incident—it's happened multiple times, and other reviews reflect similar issues.
