Visited Zamindar Restaurant today for their buffet dinner, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The chicken kebab was raw and completely inedible. To make things worse, there was a shell in the chicken biryani, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. When we brought these serious issues to the staff’s attention, the manager was not only rude but also accused us of planting the problem on purpose. Instead of addressing the complaint professionally, he spoke arrogantly and walked away, refusing to take any responsibility. The restaurant is clearly unhygienic, and the attitude of the staff and management shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I would strongly advise against visiting this place. Been waiting in line decency is first cum first serve but manager says will serve owners friend who came after us first and then others who are waiting. Had to leave the place immediately as he was raising voice. Name of hotel is zamindar seems like habit also is the same and treating customer like labourer on zamindar's field. Seems to only serve friends of zamindar's. Common man is not a zamindar sir. When speaking in kannada and English manager says i spoke to in 2 languages can speak in another language. What does it mean? Does it mean threatening?
