A Feast Full of Stories on My Plate The menu at Zaffran promises indulgence, and it delivers. Specializing in North Indian, Mughlai, and Biryani, each dish felt thoughtfully crafted, with deep respect for tradition but with a modern flair. I was especially excited about trying both their signature non-vegetarian options and some of the much-raved-about vegetarian dishes.
