Horrible Experience – Never Ordering Again! Yummy Spot Biryani is anything but yummy when it comes to service and customer handling. I had one of the worst experiences ever with this place. The delivery was neither on time nor in the manner we discussed—it was completely based on their convenience, with zero regard for customer commitments or timelines. When I reached out to share my concerns, instead of addressing the issue, she had the audacity to shout back and try to shift the blame on us! Unbelievably arrogant and irresponsible behavior. No apology, no accountability—just pure arrogance. This place is not only unethical but also has a pathetic way of treating customers. It's a good biriyani spot but it's a cloud kitchen. We went there after seeing the dine in the area seen in the Google map reviews but there was no dine in. There was a table outside the house and it was quite peaceful to eat there. They charge ₹200 for one biriyani. There was no extra rice option. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
