Not only did he listen patiently, but he also assured me that he would make it happen. True to his word, despite the shop being closed, he arranged for a beautifully designed black forest cake within a hour at 7:20 in the morning. This level of commitment and customer care is rare, and I was genuinely touched by his dedication. When I arrived to pick up the cake, Naman greeted me warmly and made sure everything was perfect. He even took the time to ensure the packaging was secure, so the cake remained intact. His behavior was extremely polite, professional, and supportive. It’s evident that he truly values his customers and believes in creating wonderful experiences for them. Now, coming to the cake itself— it was an absolute delight! The presentation was flawless, and the taste was even better. The sponge was soft, the flavors were well-balanced, and the freshness was evident in every bite.
