After watching Ohel David Synagogue, have a meal at Yumma Swami. Vegetarian cuisine is recommended to taste at this restaurant. Yumma Swami is rated on Google 4.1 by its visitors.
Excellent place for having South Indian snacks and food. Nice neat and clean, hygienic atmosphere with very cordial serving staff. Food quality is also very good, though not authentic South Indian taste. Service is also very fast. Open kitchen concept. Had Masala Dosa, Onion Uttappam, Chhachh and Filter Coffee with colleagues, and found everything fine. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian
Yumma Swami Camp Area Review Dropped by Yumma Swami in Camp Area for a South Indian fix and wasn’t disappointed! Ordered upma, masala dosa, and filter coffee—everything was spot-on. The upma was soft, flavorful, and perfectly spiced, just like home. The masala dosa was crispy, with a tasty potato filling, but the sambar stole the show—rich, aromatic, and hands-down the best I’ve had in Pune! The filter coffee was a highlight, strong and authentic, served in a traditional tumbler, as Zomato reviews rave. The ambiance is vibrant with quirky South Indian murals, though it gets busy, per Tripadvisor. Service was quick and polite, despite the lunch rush. Prices are fair for the quality—great value for Camp Area. I’d skip the overly spicy chutney next time but will definitely return for more sambar and coffee. A must-visit for South Indian food lovers Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Ghee Mysore Masala Dosa, Pineapple Kesari, Ghee Idli, Dahi Wada, Appe, Roti, Anna, Dosa, Idli Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian Vegetarian options: Best Dietary restrictions: No
