Yumchi’s claim of serving traditional Asian cuisine falls flat. The gyoza are just flash-fried dim sum with unseasoned filling. Hakka noodles are passable but lack flavor. Thai spring rolls are no different from regular ones selling on every food carts around city. Overall, the menu misleads with photos, offering Indo-Chinese dishes disguised as authentic Asian fare.---
