The staff was very rude. They were abusive. The staff made us wait for 45 mins to come and tell us that they hadn't started the prep for our food and that it would need 30 more minutes. They attended to customers who came after us. The drink was extremely salty and very bad. When I asked to cancel the order they did cancel it in a non-chalant manner and then they started cussing. Would probably not come here again unless the interiors are less gloomy more inviting and they definitely need to get a decent chef. It is in a very convenient location and the owners need to look into these two points. You have very decent staff. One of the finest dining places in Kolkata.... celebrated my brother's aiburobhat here... everything was picture perfect...it was a surprise planned for my brother...from decoration to food to presentation everything was perfect..The owner Ms Dutta was herself present to make sure everything went seamless. Mr Tushar the coordinator did a splendid job Thank you Team Yuan and Ms Dutta for making us feel special. Our bestest wishes to the Team.... May you grow by leaps and bounds..
