This is for the chefs and the owner, one thing to note, which I thought to tell you guys about. I am a regular visitor of your outlet at Malhar, Indore and I like your food. Being a caring person for your outlet who thinks about your progress, I wanted to guide you on something.
On Christmas Eve, Dec. 25, 2018, we ordered French Fries for my son (you may remember), sitting at your outlet only. I wanted to tell you that the thermocol plate that you served in, the French Fries were so hot that they literally melted the bottom portion of the plate, luckily they didn't fall out of the plate, as the stuff was kept by us on the dining table down there. This is unhygienic to eat, the thermocol sticks to the French Fries and it becomes a toxic content.
I didn't quote you guys at that very time because it was a celebration time and I didn't want to hurt you guys with a feedback. And the real bad thing was, the person who was consuming the French Fries, was my son, a seven year old one.
So finally, I would say that, find out an alternative for that plate. Plastic can be another bad option. Go for hard material kind of paper plates, that will be cheaper for you and much better for your customers.
Overall, your food is good, no doubt. I like meal combo very much. I feel desi eating that item.
