The height of incompetence and laziness. First, they completely mess up the order, and then have the audacity to tell me, “We’ll compensate you the next time you order on Zomato.” Seriously? They expect me to not only order again, but also remember their screw-up, hope the next person on their team somehow believes my story — all without a written guarantee or any form of accountability. SHAMEFUL.
