I had ordered baked spaghetti pasta. Firstly the order was 20 mins late and then this happens the moment I open the lid of the food box. There is a death insect on the inner side of the container lid. This is highly unexpected from a reputed place like Prasad Food Divine which has so many branches all over Mumbai. This is unhygienic and unprofessional!
