Nestled amidst a sea of restaurants, Yeti stood out with its promise of authentic Himalayan cuisine, offering a tantalizing journey through the flavors of Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan, and North-East India. As I entered the restaurant, I was enveloped in a sense of tranquility reminiscent of the Himalayan regions. The interiors, inspired by Namche Bazaar in Nepal, exuded warmth and charm, with exposed brick walls, mandalas, Tibetan prayer wheels, and flags adorning the space. The cozy private dining area provided the perfect setting for a relaxing meal, while the contemporary Himalayan cafe vibe added a touch of modernity to the ambiance. Perusing the menu, I was delighted to discover a diverse array of Himalayan delicacies, each offering a glimpse into the rich culinary heritage of the region. From traditional Thakali Thali to succulent Tibetan Platters and hearty Bhutanese dishes, Yeti's menu promised a culinary adventure like no other. Eager to tantalize my taste buds, I began my gastronomic journey with Yeti Special Kothe Momos - Chicken, a delightful twist on the classic dumplings. The perfectly steamed parcels were bursting with flavor, leaving me craving for more. Next, I savored the Chicken La Phing, a popular Tibetan street food that is both spicy and flavorful. For mains, I opted for the Kokra Ko Ledo, a Nepalese delicacy featuring tender chicken cooked in a rich, aromatic gravy.
