I had visited Yeti Himalyan Kitchen restaurant at Cyberhub with my wife and kid on 24th January 2026 around 7pm. Ordered Pork Shapta and Saffron Kahwa. Pork Shapta was ok but lots of pork fat chunks and less meat. Not worth the price for the tiny quantity. Ladakh flags overload on the roof! That was their only way of giving the place a Himalayan look. Now here comes the biggest lapse in service of this restaurant. Inspite of me keeping my finger on the menu while giving order....we were given alcoholic saffron kahwa! My wife is a non drinker and said it tasted weird. She tried having it with bit of honey but still it tasted funny. She had almost a full cup before she cudnt have more. I also had it but cudnt make out the alcohol although I suspected it. With food the alcohol got masked out more and I almost finished it. When the bill came i saw the price was of a cocktail. And I was also feeling bit buzzed....so was my wife. The Manager and waiters tried to first dilute the situation by saying only the bill was incorrect....but as half a cup of it was still on the table they reluctantly admitted it was alcoholic. They said it had 60 ml vodka. Now vodka being odourless got masked out pretty well in the hot kahwa. What if an elderly person or a kid would have had that kahwa? Someone with medical issues could have fallen sick. My wife had headaches whole night after reaching home as she doesn't drink. They later apologized and removed the cocktail from the bill and still charged me for the pork Shapta. I did not create a scene as I was with my small child and wife. Avoid this restaurant. Epic fail! Such mistakes are grave and inexcusable. These are the basics ...what if they mix a kids orange juice with Vodka and make it a screwdriver! What if there was a pregnant lady who had ordered a saffron kahwa and got an alcoholic one instead! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600
