I used to enjoy visiting this place for its good food at a reasonable price, but my recent experience was quite disappointing. The butter dish I ordered this time was rather average , not the quality I was used to earlier.What surprised me even more was the lack of basic customer essentials. After finishing my meal, I requested a tissue, only to be told they didn’t have any. It’s difficult to imagine a food outlet operating without something as basic as napkins. The response came from the person at the cash counter, who seemed completely indifferent to the issue, which made the experience even more disappointing.It’s unfortunate to see the standards drop like this. I genuinely hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving both the food quality and customer service.
