My fav restaurant My fav food is boneless chicken chilli it's really tasty and has great flavor and I love the pork burger ....specially chicken kimbap and for it could have been 5 stars but delivery times takes up to 1hours

I am so angry and disgusted with my experience at this third-class yuki restaurant. Today, September 17, 2024, at 4 p.m., I ordered a parcel of chicken momos, and when I opened it, I saw round-shaped maggots (larva) inside. Disgusting and unacceptable!! How can you serve dishes like this ??? This restaurant is using leftover and unclean meat in the momo filling. This is careless, harmful, and unhygienic. I advise against eating at this third-class restaurant. ___________________________________________ (Reply to the owner of Yuki Restaurant regarding the response made on 17th September 2024) -23rd September 2024- What do you mean I am lying? Just because you didn’t find maggots in three pieces doesn’t change my experience or prove your cleanliness. I found maggots in the momos I received, which is a serious issue. The absence of complaints from other customers doesn’t make my concern any less legitimate. Your response indicates a lack of concern for the unhygienic food served at your restaurant. Please work on improving the quality of your food instead of making excuses. Did you not see the maggots when the customer returned the package? You flashed from your mobile and checked the maggots in the package, didn’t you?

Sir,we are really sorry you had to go through this experience.But i can assure you that we had made it today(17 September)itself as we always do and we do not use left over products for our customers.There were other customers who had ordered the same dish before you and there were no complains with the food.We had even opened up the 3 pieces that was left over by you and there were no maggots inside. I have talked with the staffs and will take full action if this happens again.
