Excellent experience. Had get-together over lunch with childhood friends from school. Good staff and spacious dining hall. Overall excellent experience.

I had a nightmare stay at YMCA Tourist Hostel in Delhi. I paid Rs 5,500 for the Perdana room, expecting at least basic cleanliness and comfort. However, the room was dirty, poorly maintained, and far below any reasonable standard. The furniture and facilities looked outdated, and hygiene was clearly neglected. What made the experience even worse was the behavior of the staff — they were unprofessional, unhelpful, and their attitude was neither courteous nor ethical. I felt completely uncomfortable throughout the stay. For the amount charged, this was a highly disappointing experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone visiting Delhi. The management seriously needs to improve their services, maintenance, and staff conduct. Service: 1
