I am sitting in my bed at 11.30 pm, hungry and writing this review. I visited the himalayan kitchen - gk 2 with my husband after reading good reviews. The place is very small and area to table ratio is very off. It took them twenty minutes to even take our order after repeated requests. We even had to ask for water so many time and then only they obliged. The lady manager just keeps on rushing from one place to another and hardly does any managing. After placing the order, we waited for 1 hours 10 minutes and did not receive anything, despite continuous requests. The manager kept on avoid us, and practically hid in a busy corner near bar. They finally got a no veg item, and when we requested for the vegetarian items as well, no one bothered. As I am vegetarian and my husband eats non veg, he didn't want to eat alone and see me sit across him starving. We had to walk out at around 11:00 with out eating anything. The staff was shameless enough to get us the bill for one plate of untouched food. The manager just turned her face the other side when all of this was happening and didnpt even bother. Such a bad experience. Even if you want to visit, visit other branches and not the gk2 one, everybody around us also had the complaint about bad bad service and had been waiting for quite some time for their food. Very shameless manager, very unprofessional attitude. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
