We took the premium executive room, all the services are really good they are really welcoming, As soon as we checked in our rooms we were also served with an welcome tea,the food is also amazing what ever we ordered the chef prepared the dishes in that way only. Really peaceful environment.The staffs are polite and helpful.They will try to help you in every way they can. Service: 5

Hotel is good but the experience was horrible because of their rude staff and management. We booked this hotel especially for clear the view of the Kanchenjunga. It definitely stood up to our expectation. Rooms were fairly spacious and clean. The disappointing thing was the service and the poor hospitality of the staff. Checkin time was 1 pm, and we were not given our room till 5pm. When we told the receptionist that this is unacceptable, her response was "It's a big room, takes time to clean it." Absolutely rude and ill-mannered. They refuse to clean the rooms daily, no fresh linens or towels were provided on our second day. Their excuse was that the cleaning staff leaves at 3pm - contrary to what they had said the previous day. I understand that they might have been off early but the least the housekeeping could do was provide a fresh set of towels. We asked for glasses and the hotel only seemed to have ONE wine glass available. They won't provide you more than two bottles of water. Not sure if they are just lazy with service or the hotel is just too broke to buy a few extra sets of glasses/bottles. If you are booking this hotel, be prepared to be ill-treated by the staff. Extremely unprofessional and inhospitable. Service: 1
