Visited Xero Degrees today and had a disappointing experience. The service was ridiculously slow, and orders took forever to arrive. When I asked about their offers, they didn't proactively mention it, and we had to ask. To top it off, they charged me for an extra bottle of water that I didn't even order. poor management. 1/5 stars. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
