Visited them 4-5 time ordered same burger everytime it was expensive but burger was good.went there again last time ordered same burger again ,got totally different sadak chaap burger.told them that this is not the burger i used to get .they changed it but still it was no where close to one i used to eat .this is the problem with smaller outlets compared to bigger outlets like McDonald’s.you never get same taste and same quality.burger was totally sadakchaap worth 60-70 rupees and not 209 rupees. Visited Xero Degrees recently, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. While the food was passable, the behavior of the staff, especially a server named Shivani, was absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, Shivani made us feel like we were an inconvenience. She was rude, dismissive, and seemed to be looking down on us the entire time. Her tone was sarcastic, and there was zero effort to be polite or welcoming. It's one thing to have a bad day – it's another to take it out on customers who came to enjoy a meal. No customer deserves to be treated with that kind of attitude. Hospitality is clearly not a priority here, and unless the management seriously addresses this, they’ll continue to lose customers. Not coming back. Definitely not recommending.
