Seaside Indulgence at Xavier’s Beach Cafe, Baga ??
Stepping into Xavier’s Beach Cafe, a venerable beach shack with two decades of coastal charm, was not just a meal but a journey into the soul of Baga’s beachside culture. Our culinary experience unfolded as a symphony of flavors against the backdrop of the crashing waves and the golden sands.
? Pomfret Tawa Masala Fry: The Pomfret Tawa Masala Fry was a testament to Xavier’s culinary expertise. The fish, perfectly seasoned and seared, delivered a burst of coastal flavors with each bite, capturing the essence of Goan seafood indulgence.
? Kochi Poda Chicken The Kochi Poda Chicken, a signature dish, showcased the fusion of robust spices and tender chicken. Grilled to perfection, it was a tantalizing exploration of coastal spices with a modern twist.
? Paneer Tikka: For our vegetarian indulgence, the Paneer Tikka stood out with its marinated and grilled perfection. The smoky aroma and the charred edges added a delightful dimension to our beachside feast.
? Orange Juice & Strawberry Lassi: The refreshing sips of Orange Juice and the creamy delight of Strawberry Lassi complemented the sun-soaked ambiance, creating a perfect blend of tropical freshness and fruity indulgence.
Xavier’s Beach Cafe isn’t just a place to dine; it’s a living testament to Baga’s coastal allure and a celebration of two decades of culinary excellence. The rustic charm, combined with Xavier’s commitment to authentic flavors, makes it a must-visit for those seeking an authentic Goan beach shack experience. Rude staff. Very slow service.
The staff just disappears after taking the order. The rest of the persons are clueless. One has to go to the counter to enquire about status of the order.
Very poor service. Meh food
Would not recommend.
We had ordered paneer chilli and cocktails. The food and drinks were okay. We met the owner and he was super nice and the hospitality was also very nice. The owner was very open to feedback and suggestions. Great ambiance and service.
