Ordered Dosa but It was like eating papad !! Texture was missing. Also staff were serving Dosa to other people who came in later... they don't know how to prioritise and serve as per order sequence. Casual attitude Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I was really disappointed with my experience at Jb’s. The service was slow, and the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. It took an unusually long time for our orders to be taken and even longer for the food to arrive. Additionally, the staff was unhelpful when we had questions about the menu. The food itself was decent, but the poor service really overshadowed the meal. I hope the restaurant can improve in these areas, as I was expecting a much better experience based on Name. I have visited jb's today and I have received the worst customer service.I am a regular visitor of jb's .Today after I went for lunch in the restaurant downstairs they said it is full please sit upstairs in the restaurant we will serve you.I have no complaint with the food but they charged me more then the menu price .On enquiring about the discrepancy the staff in the downstairs jb,S restaurant started mis behaving with me and shouted at me.This is not at all acceptable.In the broad daylight they are mis behaving with lady customers ..I request apology from owner as I am taking legal action against the restaurant.
