Incompetent waiters, very slow service (even if it is not much crowded). Recently we visited XOXO. The waiter made a mistake while writing the order. Instead of 1 plate momo, he noted 2 plates. We figured it out within a fraction of second. But he refused to rectify the amount. They they have reduced the quantity of food served (previously in a full plate of chilly chicken they served 10 pieces of chicken at rs 210. Now they are serving 8 pieces instead). The serving bowl size has also been reduced. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Just had the most incredible dining experience at XOXO The Rooftop Restro and Cafe! The ambiance is stunning - the rooftop view is breathtaking, especially during sunset. The service was top-notch - our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. And the food? Absolutely delicious! We tried the [dish name] and [dish name], and both were cooked to perfection. Can't wait to come back and try more of their menu! Highly recommend XOXO to anyone looking for a great meal with a view. Favorite spot Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
