Good cheesecake and coffee. Tea was made for me before it was served. It tasted weak and tasteless. I requested for a cup of hot water and a teabag for me to soak for a longer time. The teabag said it is from Twinnings, which I always use. But the tea is still weak and tasteless after soaking it for 5 mins. It's not at all like the Twinnings tea bags I use. Very disappointing tea for the high price charged.

Very Disappointing Experience – Never Expected This I am a regular customer of Wrappit Sumerpur, but the way your staff behaved today was extremely rude and unacceptable. Saying things like “beech khane me se utha dunga” to a customer clearly shows how poorly customers are treated here. This completely ruined a birthday celebration, which was really upsetting. If this is how you treat regular customers, then I can’t imagine how first-time customers are treated. Basic manners and respect are the minimum expectation from any food outlet. I will definitely be sharing this experience with my friends and family in Sumerpur and Sheoganj, so they are aware before visiting. Very disappointed. Service: 1
