I recently visited Wrap A Loop, Kazhakootam and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered both a single patty burger (₹240) and a double patty burger (₹290), expecting good quality and proper fillings for that price. However, both burgers were extremely underwhelming. They mostly consisted of just the patty and a bit of mayo, with hardly any fillings like vegetables, sauce, or cheese. It felt very dry and not worth the money at all. For this price range, customers expect a well-balanced and loaded burger, not something so basic. Overall, poor value for money and not a satisfying experience.
