** 1/5 – Worst Shawarma Experience – Never Ordering Again!** I regret ordering shawarma from here—this was easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the quality of the food to the service, everything was disappointing. 1. Poor Quality & Taste The shawarma was dry, flavorless, and seemed like it had been sitting for hours. The meat was rubbery, the bread was stale, and the sauces tasted watered down. It was nothing like the fresh, juicy shawarma I’ve had elsewhere. 2. Unhygienic & Messy Presentation When I opened the wrap, it looked like it was thrown together carelessly—ingredients were unevenly spread, and the packaging was greasy and leaking. I even found a piece of plastic in my food (unacceptable!). 3. Terrible Customer Service I tried contacting the restaurant to address the issue, but no one responded. No apology, no refund—just complete disregard for customer satisfaction. 4. Overpriced for Low Quality I paid good money expecting a decent meal, but this was a complete waste. There are far better shawarma places that actually care about their food and customers. Final Verdict Avoid this place at all costs if you want real, tasty shawarma. Food is always good and we prefer dining here . But the wait time recently is going up and up . Earlier the order will come within few minutes and now even with minimal customers in restaurant the wait time was over 40 minutes. I've had one of the best shawarma in Trivandrum from this place. Amazing ambience. Perfect place to go out with friends or family.
