Wow! Momo really lived up to its name at this outlet. From the first bite, the flavors stood out—freshly made momos, perfectly cooked with that authentic taste that makes you crave more. The ambience was clean and welcoming, and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. What impressed me most was the balance between quality, speed, and hospitality. It wasn’t just about great food, but also about feeling valued as a customer. Definitely a place I’d love to revisit and recommend to anyone who wants a wholesome momo experience. This is by far the worst food experience of my life. I ordered 2 Veg Pahari Steam Momos and 1 Chatpata Paneer Fried Momo. What did I get? Chicken Momos. And one entire item was missing. I’m a pure vegetarian due to personal and religious beliefs — and yet, this restaurant casually sent me non-vegetarian food. No warning. No label. Nothing. It took me one bite to realize the horrible mistake, and it was emotionally sickening. After waiting 75 minutes for my food, I was left disgusted, shaken, and deeply offended. What did I get in return? A ₹200 refund — no apology, no accountability, just silence. WOW! Momo, if you can’t respect your customers’ food preferences and beliefs, you shouldn’t be in the business of food. Disgraceful, insensitive, and unforgivable. I’m filing complaints with FSSAI and consumer courts. NEVER ordering from here again.
