It's completely burnt, no sauce, no test, no answer on the phone, no response and no response in customer care, absolutely useless service, I will give it a 10 rating, bad, what else can you do with 289 taka with other phones? I recently ordered two plates of corn-cheese momos from this outlet and had a very disappointing experience. Despite a long 30-minute wait for preparation, each plate was served with only 4 pieces instead of the 5 mentioned. When we pointed out the missing pieces, the staff acknowledged the mistake and assured us that the remaining ones would be served shortly. However, after finishing our food and following up, they insisted that only one more piece would be given instead of the two owed—implying that we were not being truthful. This not only reflects poor customer service but also a lack of accountability. To add to the frustration, the quality of the momos was subpar compared to similar outlets. I have tried many other Wow! Momo outlets, but I love this outlet the most. You should try, momo, from this outlet at once.
