I had ordered Chicken Cheese Steam Momos and Chicken Himalayan Steam Momos from Wow! Momo (Chakala outlet) on 08/09/2025 (Order ID: #7255742326). The estimated delivery time was around 50–55 minutes, which I was fine with. However, after waiting for almost 50 minutes, when the app showed that my order would arrive in the next 8 minutes, I suddenly received a call from Wow! Momo saying they couldn’t deliver because there was no delivery partner available. The order was cancelled after keeping me waiting for nearly an hour. To make things worse, the staff who called was extremely unprofessional and in a hurry to end the call, with no courtesy or proper explanation. If there was no delivery partner available, why accept the order in the first place? Making customers wait so long only to cancel at the last minute is completely unacceptable and very disappointing. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had on Zomato, and such practices really need to stop. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
