I ordered a vegetarian Darjeeling momo for takeaway, with a reasonable waiting time of 15 minutes. However, when I checked my order, I found the filling and the steamed dough completely scattered, no identifiable shape or form! When I raised this with the person in charge Shalu, I was told that this was "normal" because momos tend to scatter during transfer. Strangely, I noticed they were serving perfectly intact momos to dine-in customers. Since we regularly make momos ourselves, we refused to accept the poor quality and requested a redo. They made us wait another 30 minutes. Upon asking for the order, the male staff (didn’t wear a name badge) told us that we’d have to wait! Finally we were provided momos that were somewhat intact and resembled their intended form. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and the inconsistency in quality left much to be desired. Food quality is good.Please include some customer feedback cards in the stall.Customer service is too bad. Got the bad experience from the same guy second time .if you are giving training to your staff.please train them how to behave to customers in a proper way.An employee can ruin the goodwill of a company.
