The positive aspect of this place is that the staff is cheerful. If you want to enjoy good service, you should go to this spot. Enjoy the quiet atmosphere here. I placed an order around 7:30 PM, but for more than 1 hour no delivery partner was assigned. There was absolutely no update, no communication, and no accountability from the store. When I finally went to the store myself after waiting so long, they had the audacity to say that my order was not even prepared. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you cannot manage orders, do not accept them. Wasting a customer’s time like this shows total lack of management and customer respect. I had to face inconvenience, frustration, and embarrassment for no fault of mine. This was honestly one of the worst food ordering experiences I have ever had. I will never recommend Wow! Momo to anyone. Very poor service, careless staff, and zero customer responsibility. Service: 1
