Hello Team, I’d like to share a couple of experiences from my recent visit that I believe deserve your attention. Feedback 1: Staff Communication & Handling Payments There’s definitely room for improvement in how your staff communicates with customers. I was asked to provide exact change, but I didn’t have any and offered to pay online. The staff refused, saying it was already billed and online payment wasn’t possible. When I asked what to do next, they simply kept the cash and repeated the request for change without offering a solution. Eventually, I managed to get change from outside. When I returned and mentioned I’d be providing feedback, the staff suddenly changed their stance and said, “Sir, we didn’t say that - you could’ve waited while a staff member arranged the change.” This shift in response felt dishonest and unprofessional. Seriously, is it acceptable that a brand like Wow! Momo doesn’t keep enough change at its outlets? Feedback 2: Extra Charges for Basic Condiments I was served momos with only one basic sauce. When I asked for mayonnaise, I was told it's chargeable. Honestly, even small street vendors and high-end hotels offer a selection of sauces, including mayonnaise, without extra charges. Charging for such a basic condiment feels unnecessary and petty for a brand of your scale. Whether you accept this feedback or not is up to you - but I hope it leads to some improvements in customer experience.
