I received a non-vegetarian item in my order, but I was never asked for my food preference. I did not specifically request non-veg, and as someone who doesn’t eat it, this was very disappointing. Food preferences should be confirmed when there’s a choice, especially with veg and non-veg options. I contacted support and requested an exchange but no action was taken and I was left without a proper meal. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
