Worst experience ever.i ordered veg fried rice with chilli paneer.due to bed smell could not even took one bite.very poor quality.ordered food was half cooked and was not even hot.package was not properly sealed due to that gravy was leaked. Dear Wow! Momo Team, I recently visited 2nd outlets and was quite disappointed with the overall service and experience. I would like to highlight the following concerns: There were no active staff members present to welcome or assist guests. No effort was made to understand or cater to customer preferences. Newly launched products, though advertised, were unavailable. This experience does not align with the standards expected from a reputed brand like Wow! Momo. I sincerely hope that the management will take immediate steps to address these issues through improved staff training, stricter hygiene enforcement, and better stock availability.
