the waffle was spongy and very tasteless

Sorry for the inconvenience caused...But American Waffles itself doesn't have any taste of its own...It gets its taste from the chocolates used in it...Moreover ideal waffles are spongy from inside & crispy from outside... However is you have any complaint then you can write to us on [email protected]... Wow Dessert
