Visited Wow China (Chandannagar) today (8 July 2025) and bought chicken steam momos (Rs.165) to take home for myself and my wife. Sadly, the experience was poor. The momos were not fresh at all — the edges were hard, the outer layer tasted stale, and the sauce was already mixed into the box, making everything soggy and unappetizing. Even though the price is low, I expect freshness and quality, especially from a well-known brand like Wow China. The reputation and branding raised our expectations, but the food quality didn’t match it. I hope the team takes this seriously and improves quality control.
