Ordered chicken wings at Wow Chicken because they mentioned it was part of an offer. We decided to try it, but honestly, half of the pieces were in terrible condition. The inside of the chicken was black — clearly not fresh and possibly spoiled. Is this what they mean by an "offer"? Selling old or bad stock at a discount?
