When they say 'delivery', don't believe them. On two days I ATTEMPTED to order through the Zomato app. It said that the restaurant had received and accepted my order, and gave me a delivery time. Well past the delivery time I called them, and they said "Oh we are not delivering." The same thing happened the second night, even though I wanted to give them a second chance. Both times the order was confirmed from the restaurant, and nobody called me to say they were not able to deliver. Both times I waited, the second time I called them early on to ask about delivery. What I got was a line about how they would deliver, ten minutes later they said they couldn't. The kicker? They had to deliver to the apartments in Hauz Khas village. RIGHT down the road. They didn't even mention a pickup (or I would have gone), they just didn't make the pizza at all, and didn't think to inform me. BIG disappointment.

The place has really good pizza and was served very nicely , the only problem there in the night there is no manager and outlet is run by unprofessional waiters who have no explanation of improper taxes implied ...

No other words could describe the place better than it's name - World Pizza Journey! The place runs on the concept of taking it's visitor through a journey of taste, serving a variety of pizzas from across the world.

With all the big freshly baked pies on display, right outside their place, bang on the main street, the pizzeria can't miss the eye.

I and my wife, after all the binging around on a bustling Friday evening at the village, weren't that hungry, however, still had some room for good comfort food.

We decided to end our evening at World Pizza Journey aka WPJ. Like I mentioned it's USP, the big pizza display, is surely a crowd puller.

On the contrary, the place was rather quite empty given the flood of people there were in HKV on a roaring Friday night. Ambiance was nice and colorful however the dull lighting did not provide justice. Also, the place was somewhat lacking in energy. The staff seemed too dull.

Without wasting much time, we ordered the chorizo pizza topped with jalapeños.

Our order arrived within 10 min. The pizza was thin, crispy, well baked, loaded with sufficient cheese. Also, the flavors were balanced with the saltiness of the chorizo not overpowering the rest of the ingredients.

Everything fine except there wasn't sufficient bacon put on the pizza. When one orders a pizza which states to have just one main topping, it is expected to be sufficiently topped with it.

Overall, a nice place which serves quality food backed by a good concept. Some improvements here and there, may be with the lighting and the toppings, and the place would be on the highway to success!
