I am utterly shocked at my recent experience with this shop. I ordered a roll expecting the quality and hygiene that a well-known, reputed brand should maintain — instead, I was horrified to find an insect inside my food! This is not just a matter of taste or service — it’s a serious hygiene and health concern. Finding an insect in something you’re about to eat is absolutely unacceptable, especially from a place that claims to have high standards. I had trusted this shop for its name and reputation, but after this experience, my confidence is completely shattered. I strongly urge the management to take responsibility, address this issue immediately, and ensure strict hygiene checks so that no other customer has to go through such an unpleasant and unsafe incident.
