Firstly, due to ill weather conditions, several of our staff members have been unwell, which temporarily impacted our service levels. This is an unfortunate and rare situation that we are addressing promptly, and we expect to return to full strength within a day or two. Regarding the Chicken Combo Rice, it has always been served with veg fried rice and chicken gravy—a well-defined standard since our inception. Any expectation of alterations, such as replacing veg fried rice with chicken fried rice or demands for irregular portions, goes against our policies. We believe this misunderstanding may have contributed to your dissatisfaction. On the topic of our soups, they are one of our best-selling dishes, consistently praised by regular customers. While we cannot disclose the recipe, we use premium imported ingredients and high-quality chicken to ensure superior taste and quality. Questioning this without a valid basis is both unfair and misleading. We take hygiene and cleanliness seriously, and our staff is trained to uphold these standards. If any issues occurred during your visit, we would have gladly addressed them had they been brought to our attention in a constructive manner. Your review appears unnecessarily harsh and, at points, seems to reflect a matter of ego rather than an honest assessment of your experience. We take pride in serving hundreds of satisfied customers daily, and we will not allow baseless allegations to tarnish our hard-earned reputation.
