Nowadays the service has hit rock bottom. We went there at 8 am and after taking our orders, the service executive was doing office stuff like loading the cash drawer, tinkering the coffee machine, etc. for more than 15 minutes. Then he started preheating the oven and preparing the coffee. He served the coffee first and then it took him 15 minutes more to serve us the food. By then, the coffee had already gone cold. Food variety is also not that great, all they've to do is to heat the frozen food that they receive every morning, for which they took half an hour. Pathetic service! This was the last time I went to this specific Starbucks. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
