Pathetic food and even worse service. The staff clearly lacks basic communication skills.To begin with, the food arrived 1.5 hours late. When we mentioned that no restaurant typically takes this long, instead of handling the situation politely, they simply responded that “this is how long it takes to cook” and showed no willingness to help or apologize.Next, the lotus stem dish was excessively salty. When we asked them to take it back, they hesitated—saying they usually only take it back if the dish is untouched (which makes no sense, since we obviously have to taste the food to know if it’s bad). When they finally brought it back, it was even saltier, but we didn’t send it back again because it had already taken so long and we didn’t want to waste the entire evening.The rest of the food was equally underwhelming—so average that we left most of it untouched. Shockingly, the veg ramen they served us had a piece of chicken in it.To top it all off, the staff was unprofessional and impolite throughout the experience.

I remember visiting Wok(situated in XIMB square) sometime in 2017-2018 with a menu that served many dishes that were less heard of,back then. In recent past,I saw many reels and promotions of the restaurant and their sushi and dimsums,and hence decided onto visiting this place again. Ended up ordering salmon sushi and crabstick cheesy avocado sushi and specified asked to make it in uramaki style. Now first thing first,as evidently visible,both were served in maki style and secondly,they tasted awful-with lot of cream cheese filling in both,to suffice for the awful taste. The crabstick felt like chewing someone's finger(wish I had some better way to describe it) and tasted nothing close to eating a crabstick. Both the dishes costed approx.Rs.1425/- as good as the price that I would pay in YumYumCha or Youmee or any good pan asian restaurant but with a taste that doesn't even count 1/10th of it.Rest of the menu was mediocre and this place is disappointing & easily skippable and there are lot many places serving better food than this.Long thing short- wish places live upto the hype that is being created and wish people hype up places that are worth it.
