Overall the food was quite good. The truffle edamame filling texture was a bit too grainy. and was quite unsatisfied with the ramen. It was kind of a noodles and soup thrown together as a single dish. But wrong kind of noodles for a broth based dish and the vegetables were just random (the 2 whole leaves of bok choi were also raw). This dish just needs a bit more thought.
