Hello Antim, Really sorry for your experience. We had sent the cakes in proper condition but as they keep the cakes in zomato delivery bags (which are slightly inclined), cakes sometimes slide if not taken care on potholes and if sudden braking is applied. We always explain the same to the delivery partners but they mishandle during delivery. Since it is a delicate item, even slightest of potholes spoil the cakes if not handled properly.
