Dear Owner/Manager, I am writing this with both appreciation and disappointment. It is truly a matter of pride that in our city Araria, no one makes cakes like Winni Cake. However, I regret to inform you about the extremely rude behavior I recently experienced from your staff. I had placed an order one day in advance. When I went to collect it, I was told that my order was not prepared because I had not paid in advance. I had clearly mentioned on the phone that I could make the advance payment if required, but your staff assured me that I could simply come and collect the order as it would be ready. Despite this, when I arrived, not only was my order not prepared, but the staff member spoke very rudely. When I requested the owner’s contact number, I was told, “The owner lives outside, you cannot speak with him.” Furthermore, when I asked for an apology for the rude behavior, the staff refused, stating, “We will not apologize.” Upon asking for his name, he identified himself as Mobassir and claimed to be the one managing everything. As a loyal customer, I strongly request you to kindly look into this matter. Staff behavior reflects directly on your brand. Please ensure that employees are trained in basic customer service and polite communication. Otherwise, such incidents may damage your reputation and inconvenience customers in the future. I hope appropriate action will be taken.
