My sister had ordered cake for me. Got message in the morning that it will be delivered between 8 am to 2pm. At 1:55pm my sister got a message that cake has been delivered while it had not been delivered. Got a call at 2:36 pm from their call center asking me to confirm about the delivery while it had not been delivered. After follow up it was delivered. Taste of the cake is pathetic extremely sweet and poor quality with taste of cardboard, relighting candles don't light up. Customer service just knew one line "we apologize for the inconvenience". Printed birthday paper was sent in place of a greeting card. I had paid for the combo of greeting card, bouquet and a cake.Cheaters. Complained and was told they would send a greeting card separately. Received the same type of printed birthday paper but this time it was smaller. Basically they tried to mock me.
